Welcome to the Bedford Marianettes, where passion for local amateur musical theatre shines bright! We are dedicated to showcasing the incredible talent in Bedford by producing at least two musicals or concerts each year at our current home, Trinity Arts & Leisure. Join us in celebrating the vibrant arts community and enjoy unforgettable performances!

 

Since our founding in 1960 by Eric and Joan Pates, who brought over 150 shows to life through their direction and choreography, we have continued to foster creativity and talent. Following their retirement in 2007, we have embraced a diverse range of both new and experienced creatives, and we look forward to welcoming you into our vibrant artistic family!

Are you interested in performing on stage, meeting fantastic people, and having a blast? Consider joining our society—we're always eager to welcome new members! If performing isn't your passion but you want to get involved behind the scenes, we would love to have you on our team. Whether it's backstage crew, costume design, makeup, props, front of house, set building, or being a band member, are plenty of opportunities to contribute!

We typically hold rehearsals every Monday and Wednesday from 7:30 PM to 10:00 PM at Trinity Arts & Leisure.

We offer sound equipment for hire and promise to beat any genuine quote you receive.
